I have eaten here multiple times. The
manager recognizes me and the chef
comes out to talk to me regarding my
order. He has successfully prepared
the shrimp scampi with oil instead of
the usual butter.

Patron allergic to peanut, tree nuts
and garlic.

Talked to Manager, Chef, Wait Person
and Hostess/Maitre D'.
We had to try 2 times. The manager
and head chef was very
accommodating. He drained the fryer
and filled it again with fresh oil (animal
fat). He went through the ingredients
in the chicken tenders and fries. He
even sterilized the prep station and
kept other food off of it until he was
finished preparing my daughter's food.
Unfortunately my allergic daughter had
a panic attack (first time eating there)
and we had to pack and go home. The
second attempt was more successful
and she felt more comfortable. The
staff was understanding and the head
chef even came out to our table a few
times to check on us/her. I think it
made her feel better knowing who was
making her dinner, special just for her.
