We have two boys with food allergies.
The older is allergic to milk, eggs,
peanuts/nuts. The younger is allergic
to eggs, peanuts/nuts. We, too, have
struggled with eating out. But we
have found two restaurants that we
can safely eat at in our city of
Springfield, MO.

We can eat at Panera Bread. They
have a huge binder that lists all of the
ingredients to their breads/pastries.
Both boys can eat their bread without
any reactions.

We have also bought bread from the
one on 2535 N. Kansas Expressway.

Springfield, MO. Fazoli's Italian
Restaurant is one. It is a fast food
Italian restaurant. My milk-allergic son
can eat the spaghetti with marinara
sauce and a dry bread stick without
any reactions.
