Alex had a safe buffet meal, but what impressed me was that they had a placard listing all allergens in each meal they were serving that day. You had to do a little cross referencing but very helpful. It listed everything from appies down to the desserts. I brought a chocolate bar for him for dessert, but he did have the strawberries. |

Patron allergic to milk, peanut and tree nuts. Marriott Hotel precalled to inform them of us. Chef came to us for the Q&A. She prepared the steak using Olive Oil (instead of the sauce it came with) cooked in a separate pan with sauted mixed fresh vegetables with olive oil. Our son ate the whole thing. He had a plain salad as the dressings had cheese or milk in it. Then fruit salad for dessert (instead of the apple pie with ice cream) which did not come from the kitchen but via the cart with the desserts for everyone else. I was nervous, but I asked our waitress to serve him first so there would be no contaminations. No problems occurred. Chef great. Waitress eh. |

Server and Chef were superb! The chef prepared our son's meal first, but first he scraped and clean the grill. He had chicken and steak hibachi with zucchini and onions. Used safflower to cook. Plain salad and fell asleep before the orange sorbet arrived as it was late. |
