He wants the staff at Marker 88 to become food allergy proficient. We talked about Ming Tsai and the restaurant training kit which is available through The Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network. He seemed very sincere and I hope he follows through with it. At the time of this writing, Marker 88 is ranked # 12 at Tripadvisor.com. |
