Patient allergic to milk, egg, peanut
and tree nuts.

The restaurant at the Muller Hotel was
a welcome retreat after touring the
Hohenschwangau Castle and the
Nueschwanstein Castle. After the
waitress read my son’s chef card
(written in German), my son asked her
for a recommendation from the menu.
She suggested chicken or roast beef.
He chose the roast beef with gravy,
rice, and salad with vinegar and oil.
Much to my happiness, she quickly
returned with his safe meal which he
enjoyed with one of their local draft
beers.
