There are no nuts or nut oil being used at the Bunganut Pig. They are willing to bring labels out from the kitchen for patrons to read. And they are familiar with avoiding cross-contamination. |

| Puckett's Grocery Restaurant 120 Fourth Avenue South Historic Franklin, TN 37064 (615) 794-5527 9/22/09 Bud was not with us. I talked to Max Stephenson, Jr., the restaurant manager. He mentioned he was familiar with lactose intolerance and gluten free. When I inquired about possible cross-contamination in the fryolator, he responded that there might be milk from something else, but "it's so hot it should burn off". People with food allergies know that is not the case. |
