Our son with food allergies to milk,
egg, peanut and tree nuts was NOT
with us.

I spoke with Claude, the restaurant
manager. Claude said that they do
serve patrons with food allergies. As
a matter of fact, he asked me if I was
the woman who was staying at the
resort who had a young boy allergic to
milk, eggs, and nuts. He had recently
spoken with her to set up the
accommodations for their stay. It was
not me, so it must have been one of
the 12 million of us!

Claude told me the chefs would
customize items from the menu to
accommodate patrons with food
allergies. He said that it is best to call
ahead so that the chefs would have
ample time to create the meal to meet
the patron’s needs.
